The 2023 UT Football has 6 home games.
The Capitol Complex Phase II construction project which will build two new State office buildings has begun on former Lots 8 and 11. Tailgaters located on Lot 8 from last season were relocated to other Reserved tailgate areas for the 2023 UT Football Season.
Friday, November 24th Texas Tech Game Update: Reserved Tailgate Groups may pick-up parking permits for tailgate spaces Wednesday night from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM at Garage E (1604 Colorado St.) Reserved Tailgate groups may begin tailgating Thursday, Thanksgiving, at 6:00 PM. Reserved lots will be coned closed Thursday to prevent unauthorized entry, however cones may be moved upon entry after 6:00 PM. First Come, First Served Lots and unsold/available Reserved Grass Areas (SFA 3, PKE 5-7, REJ 3) will be sold Wednesday night from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM. Parking attendants will return gameday, Friday morning at 7:00 AM to monitor the lots and sell parking.
Reserved Lots (Lot 12B, 12C, Lot 12D, Lot 19) - $100.00 per space. Reserved prior to the season beginning for all 6 home games. Home Game Use Only from 6:00 PM the day before a home game to Noon the day after a home game.
Reserved Lots (Lot 3, Lot 9, Lot 18) - $50.00 per space. Reserved prior to the season beginning for all 6 home games. Home Game Use Only from 6:00 PM the day before a home game to Noon the day after a home game.
Reserved Grass Areas (CXS Grass, LBJ Grass, PKE Grass, REJ Grass, SFA Grass, WBT Grass) - fees are assessed at a rate of .25 cents per square foot. Reserved prior to the season beginning for all 6 home games. Various rates based on square footage. Home Game Use Only from 6:00 PM the day before a home game to Noon the day after a home game.
First Come, First Served Lot (Lot 6, Lot 24) - $50.00 per space. Home Game Use Only from 6:00 PM the day before a home game to Noon the day after a home game or $25.00 per space Game Day. Parking is pay upon entry, and no reservations are taken. Parking attendants will be present at each lot entrance to begin selling parking permits at 6:00 PM the night before a home game.
Public Parking in State Garages (A, E, F, G, J, Capitol Visitor Garage) - Game Day - $25.00 per space.
RV and Oversize Vehicle Parking Parking (Lot 26 - located at 701 W 51st St.) - $20.00 per space from 6:00 PM the day before a home game to Noon the day after a home game or $10.00 per space Game Day. This location does not have portable toilets, water and utilities hook-ups available. Parking is pay upon entry, and no reservations are taken. Please note that parking spaces are for standard vehicles, and RVs entering the lot may require the purchase of multiple parking spaces to park.
Short-Term Reserved Lots (CSB Front Parking Lot, CSB North Backlot, WBT Backlot) – Complete one form for each game requested. Limit 2 (two) games per season per group. Reservations are now being accepted for remaining open locations including: CSB Front – 11/24 Texas Tech.
