All facility requests for the Sam Houston Building (SHB), Robert E. Johnson Building (REJ), and the John H. Reagan (JHR) should be directed to the Texas State Preservation Board.

  • Archibus (New System): Login to Archibus to see your open and completed requests
  • Facilities Service Center Requests (Space Assignments and Tenant Improvement for Leased Property):
     Enter the 5-digit request number from your receipt email 
  • TFC Work Order System (Legacy System: tickets prior to 12/1/25): Email your 7-digit work request number to your  Property Manager
