New Service Request Portal Live!

TFC has launched a new service request portal called Archibus. This portal currently accepts requests for maintenance, custodial, and additions and alterations. Where possible, existing user accounts for the previous system that were associated with a valid State Government email address have been made active in Archibus and an email was sent from TFC on 11/25 with login instructions. If you did not receive an email, request a new account here. An account is now required to submit a request.

Notice: all facility requests for the Sam Houston Building (SHB), Robert E. Johnson Building (REJ), and the John H. Reagan (JHR) should be directed to the Texas State Preservation Board.
